Female CEOs Share their Experiences and Lessons for Women in Business

Women CEOs Woman in BusinessToday is the start of the Women’s Business Enterprise Alliance’s Business Expo at the George R. Brown Convention Center.

For 20 years, the WBEA has worked to help women’s business enterprises grow and develop. The Houston-based organization serves nearly 100 counties in the state.

To learn more about the challenges women face in business, we talk with three female executives about the lessons they’ve learned and what advice they offer to other women who aspire to lead a company.

Our guests are: Jane Henry (above, right), CEO of Xcution, a management consulting company; Angelica Garcia-Dunn (above, center), President and CEO of AIM Global Logistics; and Donna Cole (above, left), President and CEO of Cole Chemical.
