Remembering a Sister, an Organ Donor

Houston Matters microphonesHoustonian Karen Abercrombie talks about her sister, Julie De Rossi. In 2004, Julie died in a car accident with a drunk driver at the age of 44. As an organ donor, Julie’s tissues and organs were able to benefit between 35 and 80 patients, Karen says.
