Houston Poet Melissa Studdard Discusses Rediscovering Her Love for Writing

Studdard’s debut poetry collection, I Ate the Cosmos for Breakfast, was released last fall by Saint Julian Press. She’s written novels, won the International Book Award and teaches at Lone Star College-Tomball.

Houston Public Media’s Catherine Lu chatted with Melissa Studdard, who started by explaining the title poem from her collection.
